Creative Attractors work best when shared conception envisionment is believed to be viable by all actors.  Belief is the motivational fuel that makes the creative journey possible, lending confidence to the claim “Today, we are going to change the world!”
Leaders – Leaders that believe invest eagerly of their time, money and energy.  Their desire is to facilitate creation of an industry changing technology or service.
Creative Team – Creative staff that believe hard, don’t really have working hours, there simply isn’t enough time in the day to make it happen.  They eat, sleep, and dream the possibilities they are creating.  Even restroom time is worktime!  If the Creative Attractors are particularly good, you’ll have to tell your staff to go home.
Customers – Customers that believe in the journey root for you, remaining loyal to your products and services; heck, they may even invest in your company or venture!
