Creative Motivation requires a compelling creative opportunity, a Strong Attractor Truth #4 – Theory of Creative Motivation. Theory of Creative Motivation states that creative staff are primarily motivated by the pursuit of life changing, transformational, creative opportunities that are favorably aligned with their values and desired career destinations.
Consequently, leaders must attract creative staff.  Though money won’t hurt, leaders also need an engaging story of creative opportunity, a Strong Attractor.
Strong Attractors are not the solution; they are a call to create the solution!
Creative staff have an intrinsic need to be the creators of that solution!
Strong Attractors are a viable, evolving envisionment of a desirable market need that is presently unfulfilled – a missing element from the life of your customers!
Strong Attractors act as a conception motivator for Creative Staff!  Also,
Strong Attractors set expectation of customers, foretelling what’s to come!
