Creative Motivation requires a compelling creative opportunity, a Creative Attractor Truth #4 – Theory of Creative Motivation. Theory of Creative Motivation states that creative staff are primarily motivated by the pursuit of life changing, transformational, creative opportunities that are favorably aligned with their values and desired career destinations.
Consequently, leaders must attract creative staff.  Though money won’t hurt, leaders also need an engaging story of creative opportunity, a Creative Attractor.
Creative Attractors are not the solution; they are a call to create the solution!
Creative staff have an intrinsic need to be the creators of that solution!
Creative Attractors are a viable, evolving envisionment of a desirable market need that is presently unfulfilled – a missing element from the life of your customers!
Creative Attractors act as a conception motivator for Creative Staff!  Also,
Creative Attractors set expectation of customers, foretelling what’s to come!
