Hire for Aptitude – You’re going to need a full stack engineer that’s a known trusted change-egg layer and that can standup a SDLC
Hire for Tenacity – You’re going to need your duck to stick around.  Creating value is a frustrating Journey of Discovery that takes time!
Hire for Curiosity – Discovery is an exploration/research activity, applying curiosity to evolving a market hypothesis and a solution hypothesis
