Managing Creative Activity: #1 Conception Cont.

Managing Creative Activity: #1 Conception Cont. Discovery of Change Conception never really ends in a healthy team; but you do have to put it on hold occasionally in order to create some actual change. When to shift from Conception to Creation is a gut call; but, here’s some factors to help govern the transition:. With your Hockey Stick in-hand and your team energized with Strong Attractors, you are ready to proceed to Change Creation. Has the team piled up enough Strong Attractors (viral value propositions) to drive frenzied adoptions if made into a product or service?
Is the Value once created likely strong enough to generate at least 4X the Revenue vs. the cost of the Team (see 4X Rule) to build the product or service or feature?
Does the team believe this pile of value has a shot at finding/achieving what author Eric Rise’s refers to as the Hockey-Stick of Adoption (see The Lean Startup)? This is known as the MVP Approach to discovering opportunity. ©2018 iiSM.ORG, All Rights Reserved.
