Managing Creative Activity: #2 Creation Continued. The point of  Change Creation is to pack value (Value Packing) into the release (the truck) that ships value to the market.  However, software teams often ship trucks to the market that have lots of boxes, but contain little perceived value.  Industry studies indicate that this the largest, common problem in software development. Often, when product owners hit a dry spell in creativity, they add filler, or they lift ideas from competitors (“Me Toos”) or from adjacent markets
