Our mission is to strengthen the careers of software leaders by sharing as much software management theory, research and knowledge as humanly possible. We encourage you to join the mission by using our materials for personal growth, sharing among friends, and mentoring within your company; however, commercial training use must be licensed.

Our Funding model is to: provide certification and live training services as desired and requested by our community. We do this so that our staff can buy pop tarts, pay their bills, and produce more career boosting content, research and tools.

Truth #4 – Shared Creative Opportunity Motivation. Strong Attractors work best when they envision an Opportunity that holds the promise of satisfying the needs and desires of all actors.  Below are some examples of what a fulfilling opportunity might look like to the differing actors.  Note: desires vary by actor.
Leaders are most satisfied when we have creative opportunities to offer our staff that promise to meaningfully change our world, our communities or even just our teams.
Creative Team is most satisfied by the creative actualization that comes from making a solution, particularly when the need aligns with an opportunity, big or small, to create that new service, framework, App or tool we have been aching to build. 
Customers are most satisfied when the opportunity of our solutions hold the promise of making their lives, jobs, family or personal life an order of magnitude better.
